The following table describes the possible status codes for a product. One of these codes will be listed for each product in an ElsResponse (under the "ElsProduct/Status" element)
| Status Code | Description |
| Completed | All work on this product is complete. |
| Available | Product is in an pseudo-complete stage wherein it contains a valid document, but more work may be done to help it reach a "Completed" status. |
| Work in Progress | Product is currently being fulfilled by First American ELS. |
| On Hold | Work on this product has been temporarily suspended. |
| In Research | Research is being performed by an external entity to fulfill the product. Similar to "Work in Progress". |
| Cancelled | Product was cancelled. |
| Unavailable | Product was not able to be fulfilled by the data provider. No further action is being taken. |
| Received | Recording Product Only. |
| Presented | Recording Product Only. |
| Rejected | Recording Product Only. |
| Recorded | Recording Product Only. |
| Returned | Recording Product Only. |
